I qualified in Holistic Massage in 2004 and since then have gained additional qualifications in Aromatherapy, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Natural Face Lift Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Gliding Cupping Massage. I have also done numerous postgraduate training courses which have enabled me to work more effectively with a variety of conditions and to tailor Treatments to each individual. I am a registered member of The Complementary Therapist Association (CThA) who ensure that all Therapists are qualified and insured (please see www.embodyforyou.com for further details).

I am an experienced Therapist having worked for various companies over the years such as K Spa, Koia Health and Beauty Spa, Neal’s Yard Remedies and Nico Tailored Therapies. In more recent years I have been building my own practice in South Woodford where I was previously located at the Forest Therapy Centre and the BB Hair Salon. All of these experiences have enabled me to tailor Treatments to each Individual and given me an increased confidence in the effectiveness of these Treatments having seen the differences regular Treatments can make to people’s lives.
